FanLyft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates fanlyft.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit the Site.

We do NOT collect

Cloudflare: Our Site uses Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Cloudflare may place cookies necessary for security and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Essential Cookies: We may use cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function, such as session management and security cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security
  • Hostinger — web hosting
  • Contact form processing services
  • Newsletter delivery services (if applicable)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We do not control the data practices of these third-party services.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted
  • Newsletter subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (currently 14 months)
  • Server logs: Retained per our hosting provider's standard retention period

6. Your Rights

For residents of the European Economic Area (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time.

For residents of California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

7. Children's Privacy

FanLyft does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@fanlyft.com.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, Cloudflare security features, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
